A bit about Dry Eye
I know when my eyes feel dry, but before I started working for an Optometrist's office, I didn't really know what dry eye actually WAS. Now that I've been here for a while and have some wonderful resources, I know a lot more than I did before. Here's what I can tell you! It all comes down to tears - our eyes NEED tears to be properly hydrated so that they stay healthy and that we are comfortable. If your eyes don't produce enough good quality tears, you may experience dry eye
